Shopping Cart & Checkout

How do I add to the shopping cart?

You can add to the shopping cart directly from a product's thumbnail page or from its detailed page. Next to the main image of every product there is an "add to cart" box with a button you can click to add the item to your basket.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?

Once you click "add to cart", your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can locate the shopping cart in the side columns of the online store, or via the "Edit Cart" link in the top menu. Your items will be listed there, and you can edit them further from that page.

How do I get to the checkout?

Locate the shopping cart in the right-hand column of the online store, or the "View Cart" link in the top menu. Clicking "Checkout" from there takes you directly to our secure checkout.

How do I edit my items?

Locate the shopping cart in the right-hand column of the online store, or the "View Cart" link in the top menu.

Do you have a Wishlist?

We don't maintain a separate Wishlist, but if you're logged in to your account, any items you add to your Shopping Cart will be remembered for next time, even if you don't complete your order today.

Order Status

How do I know my order has been received?

Once your order is received, you'll get an order confirmation email at the address you entered during checkout.

How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order via the "Order Tracking" link in the top menu.

When will my backorder arrive?

Your item will arrive within the time frame shown on the product page at the time of purchase. If it's later than expected, please contact us.

My Account

How do I create an account?

In the right-hand column of the online store you'll see a members box, with a link to the secure sign-in or account creation page. Once your account is created, items in your basket will be remembered for future visits. If you have a discount attached to your account, log in first to make sure it's applied to your purchase.

I forgot my password.

On your account page (found via the "Members" box) there's a "Forgotten your password?" link, which will email your password directly to you.

Payment

What are my payment choices?

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged when we process your order.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

If you haven't received your invoice/receipt, please contact us to have one sent to you directly.

All prices in our shopping cart are guaranteed to be fair and accurate. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice as new stock arrives.
