Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review your order carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.

To protect the interests of our designers, exchange or refund is not available on books, charts and kits. This also applies to custom finished items, special orders and fabric cut to your specifications - these items cannot be returned unless there is a fault in the product.

Special orders cannot be changed once placed. A deposit is required if you'd like us to order any item especially for you, and this deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind.

Faulty items
If a product is faulty, please return it to us along with your docket within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.

Sale items
There are no returns or exchanges on discounted or sale goods. If an item has been marked down due to an imperfection, it will be identified as such.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method - please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
