Elisabeth Cheetham 1832 - PDF Chart.

The stitches used in this sampler are cross stitch over two threads of linen, some straight stitches and some back stitches. Some cross stitches are “offset”, as indicated by slightly larger symbols. The original sampler was stitched on 28 count linen, the model was stitched on 40 count linen in Light Mocha, using overdyed threads.
